Australia Post and Australian Air Express are used to send all items, except large items which exceed the size/weight limit. Large items will be sent via TNT.
You have the choice of either Express or Registered Post unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Australia Post will only compensate up to $50.00 in the event of a lost or damaged item, regardless of the item value.
4-7 days delivery (depending on location)
Insured for the full value of the order

Some smaller items within our store (ie. gaskets) can be sent via normal post and will be shipped for free.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following information and follow the procedures in accordance with your complaint.
Incorrect Item Sent
If we have made an error with your order and you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us with invoice number, purchase details etc, and we will organise for the correct item to be sent to you (free of charge), once the item in question is returned (postage credit will be given).
Defective Items
If you believe your item to be defective/faulty in some way, and wish to make a warranty claim to the manufacturer/distributor, please Contact Us with the details.
The item will need to be returned with all the original packaging. If after testing, the item is deemed to be defective/faulty, you will receive a refund or replacement.
Damaged in Transit
If your item is received damaged due to handling in transit, please Contact Us with details.
It is very important to keep all original packaging, as this will be needed to make a damages claim through Australia Post.
