Registered Post parcels include insurance (full value) and requires a signature on delivery.
This option takes approximately 4-7 days delivery.
Express Post parcels are delivered within 2-4 days without insurance.
Australia Post will only compensate up to $50.00 regardless of the value of the parcel.
Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following information and follow the procedures in accordance with your complaint. Incorrect Item Sent
If we have made an error with your order and you have received the wrong item, please "Contact Us" with invoice number, purchase details etc, and we will organise the correct item to be sent to you (free of charge), once the item in question is returned (COD). Defective Items
If you believe your item to be defective/faulty in some way, and wish to make a warranty claim to the manufacturer/distributor, please "Contact Us" with the details and you will be informed of the return procedure.
The item will need to be returned and tested. If after testing the item is deemed to be defective/faulty, you will receive a refund or replacement. Damaged in Transit
If your item is received damaged due to handling in transit, please "Contact Us" with details.
It is very important to keep all original packaging, as this will be needed to make a damages claim through Australia Post.
