This longblock uses the CY 27.2cc watercooled piston and cylinder kit.

The marine cylinder already has a more radical port job from the factory and is rated at 4+ hp.

The benefits of this fully assembled longblock are more horsepower at a more affordable price.

Most ported top end kits will set you back approximately $130+ for just the cylinder, you would still need to purchase a replacement piston, ring, and the necessary gaskets to finish the install.

With this longblock, should you ever seize your cylinder all you need to do is remove the cylinder cooling shell, replace the piston cylinder kit (CA655) and re-install the shell.
