Custom 4-bolt G270RC 34mm big-bore head kit from legendary 2-stroke tuner Trevor Simpson.

Professionally modified and ported by Trevor Simpson himself for use with the TS 4-bolt billet reed cases (dd353).

Includes:

Machined 34mm cylinder, ported/modified, intake port closed, billet head with engraved signature and cooling fins, 13:1 compression dome, piston, piston ring, piston pin, pin bearing, circlips, cylinder gasket, carb gasket, mounting hardware, and instructions.

Increases the power and speed of your engine SUBSTANTIALLY!

Requires 91 octane (using the R+M/2 octane rating method) or higher fuel.

This kit uses the new-style 34mm 4-bolt Zenoah cylinder.

Includes all necessary hardware and instructions.

Note: This kit produces the most power with a +1mm stroker.

A +1mm will work perfectly with the stock dome.

If you use a stock stroke it will also work fine, but not have quite as much power.

A +2mm stroker will also work fine, but a 2mm dome is required.

Trevor Simpson recommends the +1mm stroke setup to get maximum power from this top end.

Suits:
Fits TS 4-bolt billet reed induction crankcases only (dd353), will not work with standard crankcase.
