What are Loyalty Reward Discounts?

Loyalty Reward Discounts are our way of thanking loyal customers by offering a discount on purchases, everytime you shop.

The discount levels range from 2.5% to 15%.

How do I apply for a discount?

Simply create an account, and once you have spent a total of $500 you are automatically eligible to receive discounts on your future purchases.

Do my previous purchases count?

Yes, your discount level is determined by your total purchase history with RC Buggies.

So for existing customers, your current discount level will be shown during checkout.

How long will it take for my new discount level to be applied?

Once you have reached $500 or have moved into a new discount level, it will take up to 12 hours for your new discount level to become activated.

Does my discount apply to all products?

Your discount will be applied to all spare parts. Large scale vehicles are exempt from discount pricing.
